Presidential propagandist Jay Carney wants you to know that failed President Barack Obama didn’t misspeak on Monday when he appeared to question the Supreme Court’s ability to strike down unconstitutional laws. He just spoke in a law professor’s “shorthand” that is too advanced for someone like you to understand.
The Congressional Budget Office has released a new estimate of Obamacare’s 10-year costs and, to the surprise of almost no one who was paying attention when the unpopular legislation was rammed through on lies and accounting tricks, the government’s takeover of the health care system will cost about double what we were promised.
Failed President Obama’s White House web site features a list of petitions. Each petition requires 150 signatures to be made public, and the White House says a petition will receive an official response if it reaches 5,000 signatures within a month of being posted.

Democrats have been up in arms that the ObamaCare repeal effort is officially called the “Repealing The Job-Killing Health Care Law Act.” Sounds like truth in advertising to me.
It was initially reported that Judge Vinson’s decision that ObamaCare was unconstitutional had no teeth in the short term because there was no injunction issued barring the government from implementing the law. It now appears, however, that the initial impression was incorrect.
A Federal judge in Florida has ruled the individual mandate in ObamaCare unconstitutional and found that, since Congress did not build severability into the law in their haste to jam it through against the will of the people, the entire law must be stricken down.
