Although it is unfortunately marred by some questionable image insertion and music, to hear a portion of Barack Obama’s chilling Illinois State Senate argument in his own cold, detached voice against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act (BAIPA) because having two doctors around is just too “burdensome” is instructive.
Providing medical care to a human being is really just designed to be a burden on the original decision to abort the baby? In what sick world, where we let people die so someone else doesn’t have to feel bad, does this tool live? And we all know how difficult it is to find two whole doctors in a hospital.
Note to future YouTube audio posters: Inserting an image of a baby with outstretched arms surrounded by butterflies is generally not considered hard-hitting political commentary.
If figuring out when life begins is truly “above your pay grade,” Senator, perhaps a living, breathing child in a hospital room would be a good starting point. When it comes to killing infants, let’s err on the side of caution.
