A naked, bald man attacked a female jogger on New Hope Road in Buckingham early Monday afternoon.
Police said a woman jogging on the road between Route 413 and Holicong Road was attacked from behind by a naked man. Police are investigating the incident as a sexual assault.
The woman said her attacker got her in a bear hug and lifted her upright. He then released her and ran to Holicong Road where he got into a silver sport utility vehicle, believed to be a Jeep Liberty. Police said the vehicle had a Pennsylvania license plate, but the victim could not get the tag number.
The man is described as between 30 to 35 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, bald, medium build and clean shaven.
I checked, and Doylestown native Michael Smerconish is considerably older than that. You know, due dilligence. It would be much easier to be on the lookout for the suspect if the Courier-Times decided to tell us what race bald man we should be looking out for.
Apparently, this is not the first “naked man in public” incident in Bucks County this month.
The incident sounds similar to one that occurred in Middletown last week.
Middletown police said that on Nov. 11 a man wearing only a pair of socks was seen on Red Berry Road. Police said the man was described as a white male with a medium build and balding. He was last seen in a small silver SUV.
Definitely a white guy there.
Are police really having a lot of trouble spotting naked guys in socks running around the suburbs when driving around on their patrols? Unsolicited Tip: If you see a naked guy driving a Jeep Liberty in the middle of November, pull him over.
Clinton as SoS? Bailout or no Bailout for GM? Gays groping and grabbing for change?
Sometimes the weight of the world gets tedious and you need to let loose and laugh a little. So I call a time-out.
In that spirit, the video below.

Residents of Lower Southampton Township can voice their opinions about the Township’s unpopular plan to build an unfunded and largely unwanted multi-million dollar Community Center on a residential side street Wednesday night, when the Township board meets at Assumption Church at 7PM.
The meeting has been moved from the Township building to the church to handle an expected large crowd in opposition to the center’s inappropriate location and outrageous cost.
A group of residents remain opposed to the location of the township’s folly as well as the situation regarding its funding and the wisdom of undertaking such an expensive project in a time of economic downturn.

The selection of a new chairman of the Republican Party is attracting a lot of attention - probably because it’s the one election we’re sure will be won by a Republican. It’s a big deal because we’re all anxious to get started on 2010 and leave the 2008 election behind us.
Former MD Lt. Governor Michael Steele has thrown his hat into the ring, and there seems to be a lot of excitement surrounding him. As I’ve said before, I’m not exactly on the Steele bandwagon. I couldn’t quite put my finger on why besides the sneaking suspicion that he’s being looked to as the GOP savior for what may be the wrong reasons. He made a good speech four years ago, and besides a losing bid for the Senate I’m not seeing what else he’s done.
A failed media that refused to perform its most basic societal function and an ignorant electorate too blinded by idolatry to drill down beyond the headlines and investigate the man to whom they were entrusting their country’s future caused the mistake of electing Barack Obama as President of the United States.
As part of their upcoming documentary on the 2008 election, the producers of Media Malpractice…How Obama Got Elected conducted videotaped interviews with a dozen self-identified Obama voters and commissioned a survey by Zogby International of 512 more. The results show a stunning lack of understanding about the United States Government and the issues.

FOX Business Channel is reporting that the SEC has confirmed they’ve filed insider trading charges against American billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban related to the company shares of search engine mamma.com, now known as Copernic, Inc.
The SEC’s charge, a civil complaint rather than a criminal charge, alleges that Cuban traded on Copernic based on information that was not public knowledge.
From WSJ.com:
The Securities and Exchange Commission filed insider trading charges against Mark Cuban, the outspoken owner of the Dallas Mavericks, for allegedly dumping shares in Mamma.com upon learning it was raising money in a private offering.
The SEC alleges in a civil action that Mr. Cuban sold his entire 6% ownership stake on June 28, 2004, after learning that Mamma.com was raising money through a private investment in a public entity, or PIPE. The next day, on June 29, the company announced the PIPE financing and shares of the company dropped by more than 10%. By selling his stake, the SEC alleges, Mr. Cuban avoided more than $750,000 in losses.
Cuban is the owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and chairman of HDNet.
I wrote about the issue of Barack Obama’s Civilian National Security Force back in July, a short time after it was suggested in one of Dear Leader’s speeches. I think it’s an issue that deserves renewed and intensified attention because I’m seeing suggestions here and there that Obama may not have an agenda that borders on the Fascistic.

Message to Republicans still smarting over our November 4 election loss: Stop your worrying. There’s a man in Florida called Charlie Crist who happens to be their Republican governor, and he’s got the whole thing figured out. He’s not even keeping it a secret. He laid it on the Republican governors who met last week in Miami.

Independent Presidential candidate Dr. Alan Keyes and the leadership of the American Independence Party have filed a lawsuit to block California’s Secretary of State from certifying the state’s 55 electoral votes until Barack Obama provides proof of natural born citizenship.
Numerous lawsuits have been filed during the course of the campaign based on belief that Barack Obama was born in another country or has held citizenship with another country. The Obama campaign admitted that Obama was once a Kenyan citizen, but claimed that citizenship lapsed when it was never positively affirmed.

The office of Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell, who was Chairman of the Democrat National Committee when they tried to steal the 2000 election on behalf of Al Gore, slapped back an overture at bipartisanship from New Lieutenant Governor Joe Scarnati by predicting “the senator will continue to be partisan.”
Scarnati steps into the role vacated by the death of Catherine Baker Knoll. The hostility and hyperpartisanship from Rendell’s office comes across as very unseemly in what should be fairly somber times considering the circumstances surrounding Scarnati’s new role.
