Obama is so backward that he sees law enforcement as terrorism, and terrorism as a matter to be handled by law enforcement.
We’ll likely be lectured by Barack Obama that we’re just not listening properly, or told that the statement was “inartful” or “poorly phrased” or “taken out of context” by the end of the day. At the moment, though, Obama is on record likening Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to terrorists, and enforcement of US immigration law to terrorism.
Obama in a speech at the National Council of La Raza:
When communities are terrorized by ICE immigration raids, when nursing mothers are torn from their babies, when children come home from school to find their parents missing, when people are detained without access to legal counsel, when all that is happening, the system just isn’t working, and we need to change it.
Hot Air takes Obama’s comments apart and asks:
And if that’s what Obama thinks of ICE, why has he done nothing about them during the three years he’s been in the Senate?
I’d probably rephrase that as “during the three years he’s been a Senator.” He began running for President almost immediately after being sworn in. “During the three years he’s been in the Senate” implies he’s actually been there much.

Well apparently it’s clear. If you’re a terrorist, Obama’s your man. He’ll soon be giving Iraq to you. If you’re in the US illegally, Obama’s your man, he’ll soon be giving America to you.
If you’re an American, Obama has something for you too. A hefty tax increase and four years of venomous race relations debate. So much to look forward to.
He also has something else for you. A kick in the butt to learn a new language, so you can communicate with the 12 million Illegal Aliens he’ll be providing blanket amnesty for.
Yeah, that’s CHANGE alright.
At least America is getting a glimpse of the wild eyed liberal he really is, instead of the phony centrist persona his campaign has been painting him to be.

If you listen to his speech he wants to give people legal counsel. All the facts building up are drawing out the main point, giving legal counsel before taking someone away. It is so that people are properly put through the justice system. I don’t know where you guys get this stuff from but its fabricated and if it had some kind of substance someone would have cared about it by now.
Oh and the tax increases? What increases? if you make 250k and up you will see one. if you make less, you will get cuts. He is reversing the perverse Bush tax cuts that have socialisticlly moved the money to the rich. Now he is a socia-list? Try some new taking points guys, cause he will win of you don’t have anything solid.
The fact of the matter is that 40% of people in this country pay NO income tax to the federal government. Let’s carefully craft *that* to make that a little more fair. The so-called working poor already have a free ride tax wise.
The top 5% of wage earners (over $153,542 AGI) already foot 60.14% of the bill of this country, while the bottom 50% (less than $31,987 AGI) foot only 2.99% of the bill. That is almost full income redistribution. That’s way beyond Robin Hood all the way to Jesse James. 5% of the people are lifting 2/3 of the load. That’s enough.
