After airing a portion of the tape of Reverend Jesse Jackson complaining that Barack Obama “talked down to black people” and stating he wanted to “cut his nuts off,” FOX News anchor Bill O’Reilly admitted the channel had not aired the tape in its entirety.
We held back some of this conversation… we didn’t feel it had any relevance to the conversation this evening. We are not out to get Jesse Jackson. We are not out to embarrass him and we are not out to make him look bad. If we were, we would have used what we had, which is more damaging than what you have heard.
Now, in its report on the emergence of the tape, the LA Times reveals that FOX may air more in the future.
O’Reilly told viewers that the network had decided to air only portions of what Jackson had said, saying there was “more damaging” material.
[Fox News' senior vice president for programming Bill] Shine declined to comment on what else Jackson said, adding that news executives were in discussions about whether to air more of the tape.

This time, it’s JJ’s foot in Oblabla’s mouth. He’s got quite a shoe leather diet going there!
