The Democrat ticket’s assault on ambition and attaining the American Dream continued this morning. Democrat Vice Presidential candidate Joe Biden said Joe Wurzelbacher, the Ohio plumber to whom Barack Obama defended his class warfare tax strategy of “spreading the wealth,” isn’t a “real” plumber because he’s just a little too successful.
America has been put on notice by Obama / Biden: Success will no longer be acceptable or desirable under their watch. As long as you can keep yourself under that arbitrary threshold of success set by Dear Leader Obama you’ll be fine. If you dare to grow your business above the level Obama / Biden consider acceptable, you’re no longer a “real” Government subsidized drone and the fruits of your success belong to them.
A video that shows Wurzelbacher telling Barack Obama earlier this week that the Democrat’s tax plan would prevent him from buying the business he currently works for became an instant YouTube sensation and popular fodder for conservatives.
Obama told the plumber that it was time to “spread the wealth around,” a phrase McCain and his campaign have been reciting frequently.
Biden said he isn’t worried that Wurzelbacher would not get a tax cut under Obama’s plan.
“We think we should give that to the real Joe the plumbers, who make $65,000, $70,000, $80,000 bucks a year,” Biden said on CBS’s “Early Show.”
Sorry, Slow Joe Biden. For the record, Joe Wurzelbacher does not make over $250,000 a year. He wants to buy the plumbing business that currently employs him, which makes over $250,000 a year, but would be prevented from doing so by your socialist income redistribution plans.
Not everyone thinks paying higher taxes is patriotic.
